Planning and developing curriculum needs to pay attention to:
a.       Specific guidelines for the development of syllabus
b.      Technical guidelines for implementation of the curriculum developed
c.       Supporting the curriculum in its various firms, such as resource books, teaching facilities, and the ability of teachers
d.      The involvement of teachers and other education personnel in planning and developing curriculum
e.       The need for socialization curriculum development to stake holder
f.       The need for ongoing evaluation of the implementation of curriculum

c.       Determination of basic skills

Learning strategies can be developed:
1.      Emphasis in problem solving
2.      Studied in various contexts of everyday life
3.      Encourage students as active learners
4.      Appreciating the uniqueness of the student and pay attention to the diversity of student differences
5.      Learning through cooperative learning
6.      Developing assessment
f.       Determination of allocation time
g.      The source material
h.      Development of learning units, include:
1.      the identity of the subjects
2.      basic skills
3.      learning materials
4.      learning strategies
5.      learning media
6.      assessment

At this time, developing teachers’ professional into something that a prospective teacher must be done before you actually becomes a professional teacher. To get permission to teach in a school, teachers are required to have a professional teaching certificate or diploma. The aim of developing the profession is to create the skills of teachers, high value jobs, so the skills and the jobs’ attractive, liked by others, and teachers can do the job with reward of pay, wages, and salaries.
In the teaching and learning activities, teachers act as communicator and facilitator for the students. Teachers provide the facilities needed by students to increase their learning abilities. While the students as a center of learning, active in learning and problem solving. Teachers help students who experience difficulty in learning and solving problems.
Developing MGMP that based IT as a function service development service model of learning and professional development of teachers, including:
a.       MGMP based on Website
b.      MGMP as a vehicle to find the source of the development of mathematics education
c.       MGMP as a vehicle to develop lesson plans
d.      MGMP as a vehicle for the development of PBM
e.       MGMP as a vehicle for professional development
f.       Making MGMP role, among others:

Kuhs and Ball argues that the terms of its focus, there are four different views of how learning should be implemented, the views are among others:
a.       Groups who argue that learning should emphasize the understanding of the material
b.      Groups who argue that learning needs to prioritize the learning outcomes
c.       Groups who argue that learning should be learned centered on the subject, so that they can develop and build knowledge
d.      Groups who argue that learning should start from the planning of classroom management that is conducive to learning
Judging from the lecturer or teacher’s teaching style, there are two polar views, namely:

d.      Transfer of knowledge vs. cognitive development

To increase students’ enthusiasm in learning, teachers need to provide innovation in learning so that students are not bored, that is changing the learning system which was originally a traditional learning system into a progressive learning system, among others:

d.      Orientation results à orientation process and results
e.       Expositions à discussion, the variation method
f.       Abstract memory à concrete, understanding, application
